Arrive at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi and head to your hotel. (Overnight stay at hotel in Nairobi.)

Nairobi - Amboseli National Park

Today, post breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Nairobi Wilson Airport for your flight to the magnificent Amboseli National Park. Sprawled across a whooping 96,865 acres, this lush wetland is one of the best wildlife-viewing areas on the planet. On arrival, lunch at Tortilis Camp and get ready for the most spectacular game drive of you life. The park attracts over 600 species of birds as well as majestic African elephants, cape buffalos, impalas, heynas, zebras and giraffes. Not to mention, the imperious lions and cheetahs that roam the área freely. Keep your eyes peeled, for if you blink you miss.

Amboseli National Park

This morning, after a splendid bush breakfast, you head out on another exhilarating game drive. Keep your binoculars handy and your fingers crossed for some rare sightings. Later after lunch at the Tortilis Camp you head out on a bush walk for some birding with resident Masai experts. Enjoy breathtaking views of the snowcapped Mt.Kilimanjaro while keeping an eye out for pelicans, kingfishers, crakes, hammerkops as well as the meat eating raptors. The park attracts 47 kinds of raptor birds. You’re sure to spot plenty. Wind down the day with a magical sundowner in the Bush. (Overnight at Camp in Amboseli National Park.)

Amboseli National Park - Meru National Park

Rise early for one last game drive before returning to the lodge for breakfast. Later, head to the Amboseli Airstrip & board a flight to Meru National Park. This famous Kenyan national park receives abundant rainfall, which results in tall grass and lush swamps and attracts a wide range of wildlife including the African bush elephant, lion, African leopard, the cheetah, the eastern black rhinoceros, southern white rhinoceros and Grevy’s Zebra. Arrive at Elsa’s Kopje in time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in custom designed, open-sided game viewing vehicles. Overnight at Lodge in Meru National Park.

Meru National Park

Today post breakfast, enjoy another game drive. Meru was one of the areas in which Elsa the Lioness was raised. Made famous in the award-winning movie and best-selling book, Born Free, Elsa’s remains were later buried in this park. Spend the afternoon, relaxing at Elsa’s Kopje. (Yes, that’s where your lodge gets its name.) Later, enjoy guided bush walks with experienced resident guides & yet again, wind the day down with a beautiful sundowner. (Overnight at Lodge in Meru National Park.)

Meru National Park - Masai Mara Game Reserve

Rise early this morning for a relaxing yet trivia-packed, nature walk. After breakfast & lunch at Elsa’s, board your flight to the world famous Masai Mara. Renowned for the extraordinary migration that happens in the area from July to November, when over 1,3 million wildebeest and zebra cross over from the Serengeti to the Masai Mara in search of greener pastures, this area has been classified among the Seven Wonders of the World. Arrive & enjoy a game drive en-route to Sand River Masai Mara Camp. Overnight at camp in Masai Mara.

Masai Mara Game Reserve

After an early breakfast, enjoy a full day of game drive today. With an astounding resident and transient population of lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes and elephants, as well as over 450 species of birds, the park’s vast, fertile plains are dense with game. Enjoy a picnic hamper lunch served in the bush. Later in the evening, visit an authentic Maasai village or the Embiti Primary School which is supported by the camp. Later, return to camp where a farewell dinner under the stars, awaits. (Overnight at camp in Masai Mara.)

Masai Mara Game Reserve – Nairobi - Departure

This morning, relax at the camp or go on one last game drive. Later after lunch, you’ll board your flight, which will take you back to Wilson Airport. From here, you will be chauffeured to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport; En route, you’ll stop by one of Nairobi’s finest gourmet restaurants for dinner. You will arrive at the airport in time for your outbound flight.
